So, I get home from work about 2 this a.m. and Joe is meeting me almost at the door, ready to tell on daddy. Don't get me wrong, I am thankful Joe is still home to help keep me sane.... Why should I go through this by myself.... I totally believe in sharing!!!

Joe says, "I was trying to call you,.... You need to do something about him... he caught the bathroom on fire. And he made a mess downstairs too!"

Apparently I had just missed all the fun by about 15 minutes or so. Scott has had bad gas and diarhea the last few days and I guess the smell even finally got to him. Thinking as clearly as he does, (yea, right!) he decided he would light 2 candles on the back top of the toilet while he went to the bathroom. What happened next I can only imagine because I cannot get him for the life of me to explain this!!!! He said he had diarhea and was going to the bathroom when ..... his words.... "Whhooosh it just blew up!!!"

Now I did hear on the radio quite a while back about a pen of pigs that had been fed some bad feed and it caused gas something fierce. A poor pig standing too close to the electric fence, which was on, farted and caught the whole pen on fire. Can you imagine those poor neighbors, smelling bacon for days!!!!! "Honey, we having bacon?"

So, I guess it could have happened.... Anyway, the one candle glass just shattered and there is now black smoke all over the ceiling in my bathroom and walls. I will now have to gain enough strength and energy to scrub the whole bathroom from the black soot. Why can't bathrooms have a drain in the middle of the floor and you can just power flush the bathroom like a toilet? What an invention that would be, huh!!!!

If that was not enough, Scott proceeds to run downstairs and make a mess of the downstairs bathroom. He had diarhea all over the toilet seat, top and bottom. I had to clean this right away when I got home. Just what I wanted to do at 2 freakin a.m.!!!!! I grabbed the clorex cleaner for bathroom (made specially for situations dealing with Scotts) and the papertowels (thank heavens for throw away items!!!!!) and proceeded downstairs to access the damage. It only took me about 10 minutes to clean it up but the thought, good grief!!!

I then went upstairs to access the damage there, and was glad to find it not too bad... nothing a lot of energy and elbow grease won't fix. Like I have a lot of either of those!!!! Well, another chore for Saturday while screaming at the game..... GO BLUE!!!!!! Problem is.... which chore from Scott's messes do I do first, and heaven forbid he adds to those!!!!! Now you know why my house is a mess and why I can't get things done!!!!

After seeing the bathroom upstairs, I peeked into our room to see what Scott was doing. He was laying in bed, looking sheepish... he saw me and said "I left you a present down stairs in the bathroom" and then "you will need to go clean it." No remorse or guilt. But he knew he had better get to bed and stay there out of my way, LOL. I told him, "Joe told me you had a pretty busy night."

I was supposed to go see Twilight with a few friends from work, but I think I better hold off. Too much to do now.

I can't get part of a song out of my head lately, revised a little of course.... From Wizard of Oz.... "If I only had a husband with a brain!!!!"

What really gets me is that earlier at work I told a couple of friends about his piles of books all over the floor and messes all over the house. Then I said I wish I could set a match to the house and save my pets and run, kidding of course. They said, "You can't do that now since you told us!!" LOL

I will not kid about things like that anymore. Now to figure out which to do first for Saturday.
Side note..... We got a bunch of coupons in the mail today for ..... hang on to your seats here folks... you will not believe this...... MORE CANDLES!!!!!!! Needless to say they went into the garbage immediately!!
